On Day 1,

  • The Barriers of Leadership: The four main barriers and how to overcome them
  • The Main Barrier for you: Identify which of these four barriers acts as the biggest blockade to your ability to lead, so that you can focus your attention on stepping into leadership
  • How to Grow: Identify the ways in which you can grow as a person, and how to grow for yourself, grow with others, and ultimately… how to grow FOR others too - thus making you an impactful leader!

Then on Day 2,

  • The 5 Rs of Mindset: Understand the 5 R’s of mindset and how to ready yourself for impactful leading through first attuning your mind to the best state of flow
  • Toxic Belief Reprogramming: Identify your own toxic beliefs, gain an understanding of how they show up, and learn how to overcome them
  • Create a Mindset Process: Supercharge your ability to lead by removing the mask of fear and insecurity, and creating habits that nurture positivity and success in all areas of life

It’s going to be an implementation-based workshop,

Which means we are going to hit the ground running and ensure that it’s jam packed with value and habits that you can begin working into your life right away.

It’ll be mainly coaching – followed by sessions where we’ll implement together as a group.
